Not really. First, they aren’t genetically dire wolves and that’s a con. Second, if they were there’s no habitat for them. Third, there are plenty of species to prevent going extinct now.

Yes, in part. That is a complicated question about defunding and CHA. Depends on: (1) what the interventions are and (2) whether they are discriminatory withheld under s. 15 of the Charter and Alberta human rights law.

Not by the CMA! The doctor’s conscience right is not the issue here. It is the patient’s equality and security rights under sections 7 and 15 of the Charter.
