Ya I've seen these, but do people think the trade sanctions are completely useless? No national trade agencies are investigating logistical conflicts?

Has the Commission done much in response to this? I'm citing from their 16th package of sanctions, but am unaware if they've tried or are considering enhanced customs and export controls, trade monitoring, targeted logistics companies, etc.
