This line is exhausting every time. “Somebody should look into that” like these drugs and most of the rest have not been thoroughly investigated. Definitely some outliers that deserve some more attention but vaccines, SSRIs? Come on.

Those people clearly haven’t played one or the other then. Just from spending any amount of time in Caesar 3, it’s pretty clear the systems aren’t quite as refined and the graphics are a bit of a step back (imo, although dif art style too)

How do you usually approach it in someone that’s acutely ill? I know that usually bumps ferritin, not sure to what extent, but do see a lot of iron supplementation inpatient
