I lived in Amsterdam for four years and didn't really see a lot of kids playing outside by themselves. There were a lot of kids out and about, but they were always with their parents. Might have been the area guess.

I've been playing around with fields of the world and the associated datasets. Coming from ml, it has been a bit of a learning curve trying to add my own postgis fields to supplement the training data.
