The difference is this is the Illinois National Guard not California's they haven't been called up by the Cheato dictatorship yet to " protect ice".
Hopefully Pritzker is preparing for if/when it will happen.

I love Newsom standing up to Trumpet, but am not fond of him being President with his treatment if the homeless & Trans people.
