Just did it yesterday. My doctor said I was the first to ask that. I won’t be the last. She didn’t recommend a booster, but she did say to wear a mask on planes and use hand sanitizer. Which is fine. I’d take 2020 over 2025 in a heartbeat.

Wine moms ❤️. And boomer activists who crowd the town halls and hit up every protest march ❤️. Sometimes we’re the same person.

This is the most banal, pointless, painfully obvious headline ever.

They’ve experienced the hostility of Republicans again and again but it doesn’t sink in. IMO lots of white people vote for the Rs because they’re the party of racism.

I liked Questlove’s Sly doc a lot - much better than his SNL music one which, except for the mindblowing first five minutes or so, kind of drags. I think he gets across that Sly was one of a kind, and such an influence on so many. Sly and the Family Stone music! It’ll cheer you up!

But Conor was a better choice.

I voted for Conor. I liked Fetterman (then, not now) but Conor clearly was the better choice. Remember his speech on the House floor when they finally met to certify election results, late on 1/6/21?

Maybe this is a dumb question, but are they proposing to eliminate a non-binary option as well as to prevent trans women, for example, from identifying as female?

It is not who we used to be. It is not who we will be someday, God willing. But it is absolutely who we are.

Not an NJ resident, been to the shore many times though, here for the ratio, but I’m thinking we’re not as divided as everyone says.

Wondering the same thing - conceding it’s a local news story though. (Small AZ city north of Tucson, apparently)
