I don't know if sorceresses in Witcher are capable of creating things, but if the story has it to where Primordium effectively makes people a God, I can imagine it being taken to major places in the story.

If you feel the need for inspiration, I'd recommend Omitome's Misspelled series.
As it is very magic focused and deals with powerful magic used for the sexual scenarios the characters are either caught up in or actively seek out.
Making it more then they can handle.

You already had the concept right there when Yennefer was getting the vial from the guy who's duck was permanently super-sized because he used it.
The entire series was them finding Primordium to have crazy magic-driven sex.
They could use it on themselves.
