Trump just set the timeline, to distract the media from the 'No Kings' marches though, no?

They were bombing British-flagged ships. So what else would you call it? Those ships are essentially British territory.

I don't know. Google also said that we have banned 30 licences recently, so even if so, it is less now, not more. Also, pretty certain all of our licences would ban use against civilians, so if proven that would be a breach.

I became curious so did some quick googling and that suggests that UK exports to Israel fell 4.9% between 2023 and 2024, so again, armchair research but my gut tells me this post is off πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Another possibility is that this relates to the spend on shooting down the Iranian missile attack that happened around this time. I just don't believe that Labour are actively supporting Isreal in their oppression of Gaza.

No, I'm just basing it on the way the text is written and common sense. UK barely supplies anything to Isreal, and we know there has been a recent ramp up in military spending due to the threat from Russia.

The number here looks like it relates to total military allocation NOT for isreal but total I.e. UK and Ukraine included. Seems to me to be an intentional attempt to mislead πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

The issue I think is lack of cultural integration. This attitude of 'feeling like strangers' is people seeing cultural norms from other parts of the world crowding out traditional British cultural norms, and this (imagined or not) is building resentment.
