Oh, just remembered, taxing American companies is almost off limits in the first place, even within America. Part of the billionaire network!

So Canada levying a tax on real profits made by an American company from Canadian customers is somehow different from Trump’s tariffs?
Both are paid by American companies (and customers), tariffs imposed by a US ignoramus, DST based on established Canadian legislative process.
What am I missing?

I have tears in my eyes and I am not even American.
Not enough outrage or accountability for these cold blooded murders.

It’s way too long ago that several of these fossils swore their oaths, in my former company I had to revisit our Code of Ethics annually, made complete sense to me.
Of course the SC fossils fight tooth and nail against a Code of Ethics.
Not surprising that they do the same against the Constitution!

If the initial federal court case indicates a violation of constitutional rights of a person to birthright citizenship, should imposing a nation wide injunction not be the judge’s OBLIGATION?
Every other individual should be protected at least until that constitutional right is legally removed?

He did, and much like today’s US “president”, there was a lot of mud slinging and very little in terms of merits of Norm’s arguments.

Some background on SCOTUS oaths.
I love the piece in the Judicial Oath about administering equal right to the poor and to the rich.

And I (Canadian) for one am looking forward to seeing what a mayor, committed to improve life for the working class can do (I and a ton of New Yorkers!).
Wealth redistribution is way overdue!
“Small” scale test case for nation wide application!
Good luck Zohran!

Alexis Romero [Andry’s mom] told Democracy Forward! that her son means everything to her, describing him as “a young man who is very introverted, a person who loves to learn, who loves to help other people.”
