There’s a terrorist state in the Middle East that has weapons of mass destruction. We should go in, occupy them and destroy their weapons. Oh hang on it’s Israel.

Maybe if they used less of their own jets to bomb children, they could use them to protect themselves from the inevitable drone attacks forthcoming after they attacked another country. If they were any other country NATO would have stepped in and crushed them by now, for their war crimes.

I remember when Thatcher wanted to force clubs into membership schemes in the 80’s and there was rightly uproar and everyone except Luton rejected it. How have we arrived at this situation were people are being charged for the chance of getting a ticket?

Chris, you do know that Neville Southall played for Everton in the top division for 578 games (750 in all comps)? There was football before the greed league.

Clearly lacking any sort of empathy. Not cut out for a ministerial job as she’s tone deaf to what’s going on around her.

Who knew that the BBC’s aim was to win support from sections of the public. Silly naive me, thinking my licence was to pay for entertainment and factual news output.

It’s testament to how brave Greta is. She knows she’s risking her life because Netenyahu if he thinks he can get away with it, will think nothing of sinking her boat and everyone on it. Heroic.

UNESCO is often a block for any kind of progression and regeneration. They would rather old buildings fall apart slowly than be restored and reused. My city had its status revoked because we dared build a wonderful new stadium on a dilapidated old dock. Best thing that could happen to us.

Exactly that. McCallistwr thought he’d leave his foot
In and came off second best. The reaction that’s still ongoing is ridiculous.

Even if you tax them what they should be getting taxed, they’ll still be making a fortune. There’s no incentive for them to leave.

It’s getting old isn’t it. He’s never expressed a wish to leave nor have Everton ever expressed a wish to sell him. Chelsea can be interested all they want but unless they are stumping up the £100m+ which is what he’s worth to Everton then it’s not even a conversation. Lazy and inept journalism.

Over a long period of time I don’t think it’s sustainable as you’re eventually going to miss on developmental talent. But in the short term that model can be used to propel us forward and grow the club to the point where players are coming because they see us as contenders
comment in response to

I’m sound with that while we develop our profile as a club and build for the future. There’ll hopefully come a time when we’re the club at the end of the chain

Wow what a twisted way of looking at things. I think the odious little toad needs some help. Millionaire’s telling working people to blame all their ills on the worst off seems like deflection to me.
