I did not put a scratch on the vehicle--during my literal 5 hour rental driving on a highway. Reminder: Videotape the entire car, hubcaps and all, before renting the vehicle.

Finally, the Bell argument ultimately boils down to: having more foreign students at elite institutions reduces spaces for domestic students, if these institutions don't increase space. The simplest solution: increase number of spaces.

Second, there is nothing stopping an elite institution from admitting extraordinary poor foreign students. Foreign students can contribute to economic diversity like domestic students (though those students may not be eligible for federal student loans and Pell grants). 2/
