The UK (and therefore Ilford) are no longer in the EU so hopefully you will benefit from our "special" relationship if you use their film, but who knows 🤷

When I got given it I didn't think much of it but one roll of FP4 in London later... Never judge a book by it's cover 👌

Had one years ago. Capable of beautiful files and images, but only very rarely.

Thanks. I have another image that has even more Metropolis vibes that I'll share soon 👌

It's kind of depressing, invigorating and then demoralising that some of its represented, but then you realise that maybe the "gatekeepers" haven't got much a clue after all 🤷♂️

So @ilfordphoto.com didn't send you or me any either 🤣 Perhaps they didn't want to corrupt me from my love of FP4 🤷♂️. Would be perfect for the Widelux though as I use Kentmere 100 at 200 in that 👌

Thank you both for the comment and the reference. Not an artist I was familiar with. Some lovely work, will look at some more.

I derided the Apparat when a friend gave it to me but it's a super pocketable multiple exposure monster

Lomo Apparat, Lomo LC-Wide. Most manual Nikons have a button near the wind on crank to allow it. I know the Canon EOS 30 can do 9. Much to my sadness my OM4Ti does not. Otherwise it would be utterly perfect 👌

👌 I've always been a bit scared of it, but it's not too terrible to be fair 😀

Ha. It's fun. I vary between 3 to 10 exposures. Spices things up a little. TBF it's probably the first feature I look for on a film camera, can I do multiple exposures easily.

I just adjust the ISO setting by 1 or 2 stops depending on how many exposure I'm going to do. It's not an exact science, doesn't have to be 1 stop per exposure, print film is pretty forgiving unless you have heaps of bright light. The LC-Wide also has a multi exposure shutter cock on the bottom.

If you are interested, it's a triple exposure. Straight on and then stepping a few steps to each side. I just look for scenes that have lines and elements that will create patterns with the parallax change. Simples 👌

Thanks. It's a great festival and good fun. I can't make it this year either as I'm a broke student! 🙄
