Ah thanks I’m flattered! Nooo haha, currently it takes me way too long to make just one piece so it wouldn’t make sense so I just make stuff for myself and friends. However, I would love to do pottery swaps with other clay enthusiasts!

Oh wow these are a tough one to make yourself! (they are usually made in these massive metal pans) Hope it goes well and good luck!

Speckled clay really is gorgeous! I love the red of terracotta since it pairs so well with glazes but I don’t love how unforgiving it is when inevitably stains my clothes

The bisque fires! Finally figured out my makers mark. I draw the cats by hand each time so there are quirky variations and I think it’s fun

Sharpie+wax resist went well tho! It has a little bald patch in the back which was a mystery until I looked back at the photos and saw that it is consistent with an area where a chunk of glaze had flaked off. Will know to patch those spots next time!

I was trying a new studio glaze that has these beautiful blue hints when it pools but man the runny qualities of it means nothing stays in the rim. It might need a double or even triple dip on top. Not sure if it can be saved by refiring but I’ll test it out on the blue bowl
