If so far it’s been impossible to “prove” cognitive decline while a president is in office, how can anyone prove it about a past president? Unless a psychologist who tested Biden at the time testifies under to say, “He was cognitively unaware when he signed EO #123456,” it shouldn’t be relevant.

Let’s not praise a guy who chainsawed needed government services, illegally cost thousands of public servants their jobs, and violated the Constitution and privacy laws by hacking into supposedly protected data. His opinions were worthless then and they’re worthless now.
