Knock-out work! Color scheme looks great! 😆

I don’t think so. Water shrews are real. I don’t see any AI hallmarks (shifting skeletal structure, extra limbs).
I also doubt there’s enough shrew footage out there to train AI 😉.

No, it’s too pretty, I’ll leave it alone 🌳

True. I’ll take your “ads”. I just don’t want to see the mass paid stuff.
I don’t know what revenue model bsky is planning on, but I’d like to see something like Wikipedia where the community keeps things going without the need for ads or data selling.

For a second there had me thinking bsky had ads now 😱

Yep, the days are longer in the north, how can you tell?

Pop quiz! Can you tell what season it is in the north/south hemisphere from this video?

I recommend doing that for perspective. As I said, I still think very fondly of the game. However, it just doesn’t stand up to later combat models like Armada and WC3.

I replayed privateer sometime in the early 2000s and I must say, the combat is almost unplayable. But that almost didn’t matter because of the freedom and atmosphere. I think of it very fondly.

The art is very crisp and atmospheric. I feel a very distinct theme from just these few images! ✨

I love how the potential movement squares become fewer as you run out of moves in the turn. It’s super intuitive! 🌟

Cool! I really like the pixel/3d look you are creating 👍.

I love Habitat because it’s such a great stand-alone story that could also naturally accommodate a sequel. Your ability to tell a whole story in one volume is impressive!

This is so cool!
The phrase “Unacceptable results” immediately made me think of an amoral scientists “disposing” of their “unacceptable” creations 😆.
Do they have internal bones? I find drawing the bones to be very useful when designing fictional animals.

Looks sharp!
I like that you have the box above the cards showing the name of the tile is being affected. That’s an important user feedback element.

Hey, just wanted to let you know that your game looks great so far!
I love the concept - a game about Norse taxation sounds really niche, but it's my kind of niche!

Thanks! It was a big task to program, but it’s an important effect for the game.

Cute 😄.
Manatees surviving in Loch Ness would be almost as impressive as a plesiosaur! (They like warmer water)

I like what it logs like. But as with any UI, the question is how it fits with the game flow. Do you have a video?

Other in-world characters: “Mid! 😑”
