Lol. I say this because I generally play the games with the sound off! I think I was scarred for life when playing through some of the earlier games - I think it was grinding in Eterna Forest?

I think you are giving US weather forecasters a little too much credit. Our forecasts are also changing constantly. Hurricanes might be the only thing that is somewhat accurate that far. Tornadoes - you get a Tornado Watch with a few hours notice, Warning with maybe 30 minutes to an hour
