If you do repot it, make sure to add some new soil and get some of the old soil loose from the roots, to help get some more nutrients to the plant

Get it out of that pot and get it into something a little bigger that drains well; idk what’s in the city but up here I’d go to Ace for that. The bottom of the soil could still be super wet if this pot isn’t draining properly
