I’m just getting into structural integration and it is so freaking powerful guys. I did a walking resolution exercise - mindfulness while walking to realign my pelvis - and had the best chiropractic adjustment of my life followed by popping my shoulder this morning and incredible releases in therapy

My friend just took her son to the ER again for impacted poop. He takes Miralax every day, and was fine all week and even mastering pooping in the potty (bouts of screaming pain delayed him in acquiring this skill) then suddenly that stopped. Their answer is she doesn’t feed him correctly.
