Somewhere behind the scenes of the Oslo Natural History Museum is an exhibit designer with a lot of old taxidermy and a VISION.

It looked like it might with Hamilton moving the releases of theirs up by one year...or convincing Disney to move it up. And then Come From Away. Hadestown has one in the works, but... yeah, I expected a lot more

I was hoping for a pro shot but I can't think of a single streaming service that would have the guts to show it either. Especially now.

Absolutely! And in The Shattering, he's got eyes for both a dwarf trainer (Aerin) and a draenei shaman (he was a still a teen though). Point is, he has been, canonically, attracted to women. But neither the game nor the books have confirmed he is exclusively. So there is still plenty of wiggle room.

Can't we just get the bad fashions, good music and leave the rest behind? Give me leg warmers and neon! If I have to fight fascists in mosh pits again I'll throw my back out!

I went immediately to YouTube to watch it again 😅... hearing, "that's right it's 1982, it's not the 60s, we don't have this mentality anymore" was... fun... 😬

We're headed toward Smell the Glove territory only not satire? Wonderful.

Exactly! I don't expect the devs to throuple them. But I never saw Anduin being attracted to women (it's in books too) as a hinderance. I get the concern & also want more representation-- but that includes bi, pan & non-monogamous people, none of whom love any less than monogamous monosexual people.

But I know I'm in the minority in this fandom when it comes to these two. I'm fine with that. I 100% support exploring anything you want creatively! Always! Have Anduin lay dragon eggs, it's all good! My annoyance is the insistence it can -only- be one way -in game-. Anyway, I loved the story.

I'm not deterred nor do I get upset when the devs throw in something or someone unexpected and new. I see it as a challenge. A way to see how it could still work. I like finding cracks in the canon to play in. That's extremely fun to me.

Why does it have to be monogamous? If you believe it is less meaningful to be polyamorous, you need to check yourself. If you think that it's only "genuine" if they are only attracted to one gender (in this case, their own), that's erasure. It's -as- bad as if they forced Anduin to be straight.

I'm 100% supportive of Wranduin. I would be extremely disappointed if they don't go there too. I just don't think they need to be confined to traditional RL norms in a fantasy game. Where dragons have multiple mates. My first thought was "throuple!" More possibilities more fun!

Same. I often say I'm only Alliance because they made me choose and night elves were Alliance for some reason that never made much sense in light of their history. Mine are all technically, if not actually, rogues, factionally speaking.

And, yes, Disney, and I got plenty of complaints about them, but the musical is a whole other thing and He Lives in You (Reprise) is a gut punch for me every time! 😭🦁 But yeah... all art is political when it hits you in just the right way.
