I often use the conventional color names but also created aliases with funny or interesting names because work doesn't have to be boring. I used color name generators in the past like this: colornamer.robertcooper.me

I hate that Pocket is shutting down so I had to compensate because it’s good for my ADHD brain

I hate to disappoint but I will. I could not have built it myself without the use of Lovable and Cursor (free tiers because I’m broke)

Thanks for this Andy.
I’m focusing on strategic design, design systems, fractional leadership (DesignOps), and facilitation.

There’s a myriad of vibe coder marketers and founders and even VCs that are saying that devs are basically gatekeeping and that this is the future. Ofc they never understood what coding was about, but it’s so annoying to be in tech right now.

This is collapse-ready leadership, in service to more than just ourselves.

We don't need to find heroes, or all-knowing perfect beings. We just need to show up ourselves, fully, authentically human. We need different ways of seeing, ways of acting. Caring and being cared for in return.

▪️Learning to see with clarity
▪️Building community with purpose (fighting isolation and division)
▪️Finding meaning in uncertainty
▪️Becoming stewards of transition
▪️Discovering the interconnection (between us, society, the planet)

And so it becomes clear that the old paradigms of leadership (the commanding, controlling, all-knowing leader) are crumbling because it was a facade to begin with. Real leadership is about the ability to show up, together.

No false hopes or pretending that everything is normal. Rather, finding the courage, love, and care for a system that is broken, while discovering that we are far more capable of navigating uncertainty than we ever believed before.

The whole of NATO has been parroting the same message. Disgraceful

Exhausted how many times I have to say this but if you want to understand the mindset of these people, who are in control of the entire American government, you need to read Wild Faith by @swordsjew.bsky.social (which I fact checked).

Yeah, and the biggest lesson from that I think was building capacity for "not knowing".
