Chatbots — LLMs — do not know facts and are not designed to be able to accurately answer factual questions. They are designed to find and mimic patterns of words, probabilistically. When they’re “right” it’s because correct things are often written down, so those patterns are frequent. That’s all.

Well that was.....something. This marks the second Dust Storm Warning in our office's history. The first was on May 7, 2023. However, that warning was away from the metro area. This was the first Dust Storm Warning that included the city of Chicago.

Great. My 79yo mother, who lives on SS and who WAS an early adopter of computers, can barely receive emails from her own children because she doesn’t know how to cut through all the spam. The only way she can be reached is by phone. They’re deliberately sabotaging our parents and grandparents.
