I had a starter home like this in suburban DC. It was over half a million when we bought it and now (under the next owner) it is valued over $825K. It doesn’t matter if it’s a starter home, that’s not affordable for most people.

I have trained my algo and still see awful stuff in my feed. Images designed to trigger trypophobia, for instance. Most of it is accounts I never followed. The other day there was a sexually explicit photo right there when I logged in. Meta is peddling dick picks now.
