Rubio congratulating Russia on Russia Day!! Pardon me? He may as well say to hell with Ukraine! The atrocities Russia is doing to civilians by targeting hospitals and apartments in Ukraine and the US congratulates Russia! This is utter lack of common sense and morals and compassion for Ukraine!!

@maddow.msnbc.com Rachael the app used showed the Houtis were intended target. It is availanle on news stations and google. So the hearing taking place does not show it. Maybe for security sake but it makes for a joke watching than lie and do not recall etc!
