I think the time of expecting journalism from the NYT has long passed. They are not worth the energy. They have as much relevance as the National Enquirer. Been that way for a while.

If we aren't careful, Iran might start making asinine notions of taking over Greenland.

An excellent question that I'm sure won't be answered.

See, your inaction makes it appear that the same cryptojags who rigged the election against swing states also helped you. I knew no one who preferred you to Katie Porter. Maybe that election was a test case for November? Maga never liked Garvey, he's an idiot. This is way more effective.

Thanks! Tbh, 9 a day seems a bit low to me. I'm in my car 8, 9 hrs a day and it's always on and when I'm home I have kinda given up on television. I would've guessed 12 to 13 but I sleep way too much for that 😂

Nice! I lived in a No-HBO household so I had to wait much later, and sadly missed Comic Relief specials. I hope he's still performing but I can't imagine after all these years touring.

It's been many years for me as well. I just looked it up, it's on Amazon. I know what my kid is watching with me this weekend. Glad you mentioned Wright, I couldn't wait for him to appear on Letterman.

Same, I treasured my MAD sub. Dr. Demento Show was a must listen. Thanks to my mom I also got a healthy dose of Richard Pryor when I was probably too young, but I'm grateful.

Damn, it would be difficult to overstate how much that movie and their work in general shaped my sense of humor.

They had many great songs, but yeah, it's perfect. Just seeing the words and I'm immediately back in '85.

I looked at the list and honestly could have picked one of a dozen or so. Great year or my standards are too low 😁

I think a big part of growing up is seeing a world view that you don't see when you're a kid. None of these people ever grew up and out of their selfishness.

It occurs to me the Chargers left right about the same time. In my head they were the same, horrible day.
