Andy De Los Reyes would (and has, more generally) argue that invariance tests across groups for a discrimination measure are total nonsense. Invariance presumes that any variation in the parameters are due to construct irrelevant variance, which is unlikely to be true for discrimination.

Sorry, but the doubling down about Scott advancing racism is just unreal. I don’t support the target article by any means but Williams continually manipulates people into submission by accusing anyone who disagrees with her of being racist.

This is my #1 piece of advice for folks! A talk does NOT have to resemble a paper and I wish people would try to deviate from that template more often. Finding, implications, finding, implications is such a great structure and is so much easier on the audience's working memory!! Great tip.
