Over the summer I reached a point where I knew my body needed a change, I was drinking daily, not moving, bad sleep and eating like shit. 1st day in months that I stepped on the scale after changing my habits and lo and behold I’m down 16 lbs. fucking proud of the work I’ve done. This is giving me flashbacks in 2005 after John Paul II passed. I was going to a catholic school and every classroom had a monitor waiting for the white smoke. We held several masses in dedication for the next pope. Twas wild.
