"Rubber bullet" is a deliberately deceptive term. These are not some sort of Nerf projectile. They're rigid metal cylinders with a rubber coating. They're fired at 140 mph. Note that people may volunteer to be tazed but they never volunteer to be hit with a semi-lethal rubber bullet!
