Trump could have let Congress pass the bipartisan border bill 2 years ago to fix it but he called Johnson and said to kill the bill because he didn’t want it to look good for Biden. Facts.

In most sane societies, as long as you are following the rules as they existed at the time, you are following the law and therefor "legal." Trump, Miller and Noem are changing the rules and revoking legal status and overruling prior orders that people can stay using their fictional "powers".

Good advice thx

If anyone in Seattle reads this, you ARE following the law if you don't let DHS and ICE change the definition of an "Illegal." That is their game. People who were doing everything expected of them are "LEGAL" and do not become "Illegal" just because Trump, Noem, or Miller say so.

Why don’t they? — Trump would cancel their security detail teams and MAGA lunatics will haunt them. Even former presidents don’t dare exercise their first amendment rights with Trump’s army of red zombies out there.

I hear you, but you can't fight established caselaw - especially with this Supreme Court on Trump's side. Private Militias had a chance in 1776 when both sides had single shot muzzle loaders. Not a chance today. Just sayin. We need to find other ways, strikes, protests, social media.

To his evil credit, he's actually good at brainwashing people and must have studied up on all the tricks and methods: Pointing / personalization / envy Exaggeration/Lies Fear of Other Create a false sense of purpose and group belonging

Always the pointing at people. If he's pointing at them, they feel important. If he's not pointing at them, all the others want to get pointed at next. Classic Hitler psychological manipulation.

Because it easier than actually finding and arresting MS13 or Tren De Aragua. Trump wants to brag about his high deportation numbers to MAGA before more republicans are up for re-election.

I know Trump has to be stopped, but its not so simple.

Ok let's stay credible. Protestors likely broke them and they are probably trying to remove it so they can see to drive it. I don’t support the police tactics I’ve seen, nor violent protestors, but why is everyone so quick to make everything a conspiracy? Please don't copy MAGA or QAnon that way.

Share this to everyone you know!!! Fuck these Nazis.

Aren’t the Republicans in Congress also sworn to uphold the constitution? So if they’re knowingly trying to pass laws that take away the courts constitutional powers, wouldn’t that also be treason?

Where did you find this and how do you know it is real? Was it recent? Thanks for any info. If its real, people in that county should be livid.

Yep, he just went on TV a few minutes ago suggesting Newsome should be arrested.

True but those are just words just like the constitution that Trump has violated dozens of times. He is instilling fear in “his” generals that they will be punished if they don’t follow orders. IMO this is the big power grab and the linchpin to siezing control of sanctuary cities in blue states.
comment in response to post
Remember, he’s more evil and power hungry than stupid. Yes he’s dumber than he thinks he is but his purpose is to instill fear in “his” generals that they will be punished if they don’t follow orders.
comment in response to post
A lot of people here are mocking this or making light of it but I think his purpose is to tell them that there is a national emergency (using the unrest in Los Angeles as an example), and they better obey his orders when he tells the military to roll into LA and every sanctuary city.

The Republicans blocked that bill because Trump called speaker Johnson and didn’t want to fix anything or it would look like a win for Biden.

Just looking for real options instead of being arrested or a bullet target at my age. Unless Congress flips, the courts are our only hope.

There may not have been weapons of mass destruction in Iraq but nevertheless there was a fascist dictator that had to be toppled. Sound familiar?
comment in response to post
Rubio really said that? What's the source? I couldn't find it.

They are deporting sick kids getting cancer treatment, hard working people who pay taxes, splitting up families, sending away church volunteers, and abusing the "huddled masses yearning to breath free" who are doing everything asked of them to realize the American Dream. Resist Fascism!

As long as the president controls Congress and the military, what are we supposed to do? We can protest and hold up signs all day he won’t care. Probably will get arrested eventually just for that. I’m too old for an armed revolution sadly.

He’s going full fascist, controlling the media, scouring private data, he is Big Brother.

This is actually terrifying because it feels like Trump and Hegseth now want to provoke or start a war with China in response to the TACO comments and Supreme Court ruling on tariffs which bruised Trump's fragile ego.

They won by fraud and lies, by making ridiculous promises to different voter blocks that they had no intent to pursue such as no tax on tips, no tax on social security, promising to bring down inflation, promising to ends the wars, etc.

Problem is now that the Taco term is gaining popularity and courts are striking down his ICE tactics, he will likely be attempting to declare martial law sooner than originally planned. That’s the projection behind his new post. He will say he has to abolish courts for national security. Watch.
comment in response to post
Of course they need more psycho brown shirts and ICE agents to do their dirty work. America better wake up.
comment in response to post
I’m just sayin the first revolution didn’t succeed by walking around with signs. People in our generation will have to dig deep to realize what will be necessary to stop these people. I’m afraid it won’t be pretty but it will be necessary so future generations won’t live in fear.
comment in response to post
Why would Republican congresspeople care? They won’t stop the new Regime because they are part of it. They even snuck the provision in the budget bill trying to prevent courts from finding MAGA lawyers in contempt if they violate orders. Even if convicted the Felon-In-Chief will pardon them.

I guess no one from Apple bought his crypto coin. The level of corruption is stunning. Every unconstitutional order, every bribe, every violation of the emoluments clause, every violation of federal law is an independent impeachable offense and an independent instance of treason.
