My dad literally thought Chicago and Seattle were in a constant state of anarchy and burning until he visited because of fox news.

Now just to make some big socks to wear under them

I wish an Airbnb was an option for me I couldn't afford that shit.

When it's a several hour drive and or a $300+ plane ticket and you are never guaranteed the unit it's a bit unreasonable to demand.

Me with a masters degree from a fairly prestigious school: heheh funny quote. Other person: diatribe on the social and political hierarchy of media surrounding two particular conservative figures. Back to me: hehehe he doesn't know what Willis is talkin bout.

There's a really good old saying don't shit where you eat.

I'm aware same reason rock n roll was seen as rebellious music because it had roots in the black jazz scene.the glaring racism aside I just find it funny Chicago killed Disco. Bunch of idiots on shlitz mad over sounds.

Oof I've never had this much trouble in other markets not even DC. Well wish me luck I just need them to submit a form tomorrow and I'll hopefully be able to sign by next week.

Yes. I only have 2 weeks to find a place or else I'm screwed. I put in for this more corporate loft type place. In my past experience bigger corpo landlords only care if you paid the fee have 700+ credit and a pulse.
comment in response to post
Also how bad do you have to be as a landlord for your former tenants to unionize against you and create a whole website called avoid<property mgmt company> dot com?! You know how much sustained rage you need to make a word press site?
comment in response to post
Also requiring a visit for an apartment they may or may not rent to you when you are moving from another state is insane. Like sure buddy I'll come out 5+ hours to look at something I might not even get.

I do find the idea of a riot over something as silly as disco a bit funny. Like guys it's sounds and you're mad about it?
comment in response to post
Yeah it was very black and queer coded as a genre. Same reason people hated rock n roll because it had roots in black jazz.

I can't believe Chicago killed Disco.

comment in response to post
No but it really was murdered. The death of disco was traced back to this exact event:

In fairness that is what most people do in the military just stand around.

An asexual, I respect it.

I want special chill out juice.

It would be fine if a portion of that increased cost actually went to the artists and creators but we all know it won't.

Tools are tools there's no such thing as "tools of the enemy" you aren't better for not using them, only less effective.
comment in response to post
Additionally, it is about targeting funding that would otherwise go to buying urban tanks and other military gear. That's a dept wide problem and no police force needs military equipment.
comment in response to post
Thats important but I am a huge fan of you get to decide your own punishment and how much it hurts. Carrot or stick.
comment in response to post
have my eye on this but saving towards a new car before toys.

Punishing the class makes the class hold the class accountable.

More training has proven ineffective. No you need them to be their own undoing. Invest in social workers and addressing systemic issues.
comment in response to post
Then don't be intimidated. Elect politicians with spines and balls.
comment in response to post
Bad forces will go bankrupt. If you are a good cop you don't need a bunch of Military toys. If you are a bad cop you shouldn't be able to afford them.

Kenky I need to make one but I've been in a rabbit folk groove
