WOW! This was good. There is power in poetry.

100 Acre Woods! My favorite course in the area. It's really leafed out since I played last. If I can stay healthy I hope to play more this year than the last few. 🤞

What this app needs is the ability to share pictures in a private chat. This feature is not interesting to me. Perhaps I am in the minority but I'll share my feedback anyway. However, not having the ability to share with a friend a picture while chatting makes this a second rate app at best.

How so many who profess the name don't get this, is astounding.

The thing is, we know what we should be doing already, we just need to DO IT!

Disc golf is fun even when we don't have it all figured out. Hopefully you have someone who can help with the proper form.

OH! Sorry I thought I was commenting on my friend Bob's post. Thanks for the kind reply though 😁

I quickly learned when I first started playing disc golf, that the color of my discs makes a big difference when I go looking for them.

Disc golf is a wonderful sport! I hope you come to love it.

AND before the mosquitos are out in droves and the leaves are not on the trees making it easier to find our discs!

I like this idea! I do wonder if people would trust eating it, like you allude to.

His form looks pretty good! I have got my cousin's son playing disc golf. He is 12 now. Sadly his parents are over protective and will not let him out of their sight, literally. So I have bought 9 baskets and set them up in our joined backyards so we can play there.

I couldn't agree more! That sound gets in your head and you will never be the same. I just bought a new disc golf bag to carry more discs and all the extras. I just wish I had started playing before I was in my 60s.

I love playing disc golf in the woods, unless I spend half an hour trying to find a disc! ;-)

Reminds me of upstate NY, where it is still a bit cold and wet.

I've had that happen, and when it is a favorite disc it can be a mini heart attack! Luckily mine landed like yours did, close but not in.

Any day we can get out on a course is a beautiful day!

Disc golf is awesome, I'll warn you that it can be addicting. In the best way of course. ;-)

I shot a new record on my favorite local course, a +22 I think it was. Yeah, that is how tough that course is.

I just wanted to say HI :-D My son tells me that it is quite warm in Ohio. It's been in the upper 60s here. I've played disc golf 3 times already this year. I like the new rating system on UDisc. What is your rating?

That is comforting to know...

I'll give it another go then. Thanks. :-)

I've never made it through the first book. Perhaps I should try again...

Absolutely, it would be a fantastic service to the community! As the corporate world demands more and more, open source is the lifeblood of community. With that in mind I would suggest the Linux distro of choice be Debian. It is mature and dependable and community based.

I'm running two laptops on Linux and they both are working well. In many ways better than ever.

And now, the rest of the story. I mistook the tournament setup for the upcoming one, but instead it was setup for a previous one, one that was played... at night! LOL There was only 1 hole over 200 feet and many were under 100 feet!

It's warmed up to 30 here. I'll be out playing as soon as the course isn't a mud pit though.

I agree that they look like two very different discs!

Are they both supposed to be Terns?!
