I wonder if they think I'm a weird when they see my summer photos and I'm as pale as ever. 😁

I haven't been on the monorail in over a decade. Is it air conditioned or super hot in the summer?

Tell me honestly...how much "worse" the the walk to the main park entrance from the Villa at the Disneyland Hotel compared to walking from the Grand Californian...?

OMG! I'm so sorry. Very scary. I hope this will be a wake-up call but horrible that it happened.

Look how happy he was eating his lunch. I can't believe my child's laugh would make someone so angry.

He was very old and probably not all there anymore. He didn't say anything directly to us. He was loudly griping to his wife who was trying to get him to calm down. She said something to him..he responded loudly with "I don't care if he's *r-word!" It was upsetting. Thankfully our son didn't notice.

Tennessee has been on our shortlist of places to visit for a while. But we may try to do Hilton Head, SC before that. And maybe just drive through TN on the way there. Probably a couple years away still though. And only if we can use DVC points at HHI. So basically still a Disney trip.

We're headed to the Black Hills in South Dakota in a couple weeks. We've taken our son here twice before (2019 and 2023) and he did pretty well. So I'm hopeful we will all have a nice trip. I'd like to start planning future trips to new places. But it's just so overwhelming to even think about.

I wasn't super paranoid about it until our road trip last summer when an old man at Subway got very angry about our son. And he even used the r-word. Since then it's something I stress about so much. It really makes me not want to go anywhere besides Disney parks, where I feel he is accepted.

My son doesn't do well in restaurants. It's very hit or miss. Also, he likes to stand to eat. That makes it a challenge because we don't want him getting in people's ways. He also laughs a lot while eating and can get very loud. We try to keep him at a regular volume but it can be tough.

Maybe he could make a deal for immunity or something. I'd honestly be fine with that if it takes Trump down!

Thank goodness for that! I just looked and I do actually follow him on Instagram but he hasn't posted in years so I guess that's why I had no idea he'd gone off the deep end.

I remember following him and I had no idea. I hope I'm not still following him over here without realizing it! Can't remember his full name.

Ick. Have always kept our thermostat 68-72. Even when we had a baby/toddler.

I loved my handspring visor but didn't have the fancy, colorful one. And I didn't even know there was a phone version!

Yeah, my husband is hoping he will be able to find some "loophole" in order to get it as well.
