It would be nice, but solid customer support is much more important.
Growing pains happen with a lot of companies, but don't slash your support staff (or total staff by 20%) to save money. That's cutting the wrong things IMO.

Glad to see I'm not the only one thinking that.

Thanks Jen! Yeah, I'm familiar with Ignition. Great product, but not cost effective for my volume.

Awesome, thank you so much! I know Anchor does proposals and payments, but will it also do just payments?
Is their support is US based?
Any glitches you've experienced?
It would be great if they integrated with Xero, but I don't believe they do. GoCardless does, but integration is crap.

Perhaps we could have a holiday called “Within the Next Two Weeks” but never really celebrate anything

Ah, I didn't know about Credo. No, it's 1.5 hours from here, and my son is still in elementary school. I looked at AM Winn, it's a public Waldorf elementary.

Have you tried Peach Citrus Fresca sparkling water?
zOMG! It's so, so good. Zero calories (has artificial sweetener, but for taste this good I'll take the hit).

I was actually quite surprised there IS a public Waldorf school (or "Waldorf-Inspired" public school). Usually here they are private, and expensive. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
Most private schools for special needs children are $25,000 a year. :(

Thank you for your reply. I'm in Sacramento CA. There's a public Waldorf and also a private Waldorf.
I'm *somewhat* familiar with Waldorf curriculum, I was the school secretary for the private Waldorf school, many years ago.

I noticed for me this May was full of a combination of medical appointments I put off Jan-April (I suspect busy season stress makes issues worse), and end of the school year activities.
I get better at planning/time management each year, but there's still plenty of room for improvement.
