can i just say both sides do this every time a budget bill needs to be passed?
Democrats did this with former president Obama's term, republicans have done this during both trump terms.

The sg says that only the scotus should be allowed nationwide injunctions. Which takes on average 6 months to years of time for them to rule on stuff. Which effectively allows potus to issue whatever eo he wants and enforce it while it waits in court.

It’s a curious idea to think that an injunction would only apply to one person/one class who are the plaintiffs of an executive order appeal. The sg is asking to basically stall as long as possible by allowing the appeals court to only issues plaintiff based injunction.

I am not sure on this one. I don't believe it would be the first protecting transgender ideology. Sure, if we are speaking about it it's protected by #1. But I feel like passports and document marker changes would be under something else.
