He could have had Nesta, Cannavaro and Maladini and they'd still have been exposed.

Dogs shouldn't be off the lead around ground nesting birds. That's one reason who curlew are so rare.

The millisecond a sulking dog sees something they like, the sulk is over.

Yes. I was turning right and he was turning right and he just blanked me wether cutting the corner.
He's as good at driving as he is as football.

I'll never forget that derby. He had it all.

I met him in Woolton. Grealish isn't at that level, footballing or boozing.

100% yes, it's been a while since I met a pissed Everton player in town.

You called me a buffoon.
Do I need to Google that for you as well?

When you played soccer, did your ball have a bell inside it?

I've googled it for you.
In soccer, an "open goal" means the goal area is undefended, creating a very easy scoring opportunity. This typically happens when the goalkeeper is out of position, or defenders are missing or mispositioned, leaving the goal unguarded.
Did you play up front much?

Muesli in the freezer?

I wouldn't say it was an open goal, it was a 1 on 1.
If you're happy with a forward of the standard of Beto, then we'll be finishing in the bottom half.
DCL and Beto both need replacing, DCL is too injury prone and Beto is an absolute yard dog.

He missed 3 very good chances, but he scores goals that DCL doesn't đ¤

Short memories. Beto had a 7 game purple patch that ended when Moyes stopped overloading our right channel.

He's top drawer when he's fit, but when is he fit?

Aye. But if I was him I'd be off.

I'd keep him. I like him. He's 5x the player Beto is.

It's just staggering. Dead insects on number plates, 1980s versus 2020s. Utterly depressing. The human race is in big trouble and it's taking the rest of the world down with it. We're screwed.

Poor health
Poor energy infrastructure
Poor transport
Poor education
Poor housing
All lead to low productivity versus peers with diminishing tax revenues = the UK doom loop
Something needs to change quickly

I thought Zooropa was a good album in isolation, but a massive disappointment coz they took their feet off the gas..but they were never gonna top Achtung Baby. I think Zooropa was more influenced by the 90s than by U2 âšī¸. Pop was the album that Zooropa should have been.

So you recognise it's harmful yet you want to widen access to it?
Why increase the use of something we know is harmful.
Medicinal cannabis is a separate issue and I'm for that, the subject here is decriminalisation for recreational use.
I'll leave it there. We won't agree. Have a nice day đđģ

One band I've not seen live âšī¸
They've obvs gone off the boil as they've aged, but for a spell they were smoking. Achtung Baby is a work of utter genius. Often overlooked with Indie, trip hop and grunge taking centre stage, but it's one of the best albums of the 90s. Epic.

They've been smoking it for decades. In addition to my old NHS day job, I did a lot of work with with drug rehab and outreach services. I've seen a hell of a lot of people fucked up on weed.
Let's put to bed this myth that weed is benign, it fucking isn't, by any stretch of the imagination.

If it does a lot of good, and there's no doubt that it absolutely 100% does, then it should be a medicine, and we need to make it available as one.
I was on your side of the fence until I smoked some of this next gen stuff at a mate's a while back. It ruined me, and this is someone who dabbled.

I disagree. I really like the fella, his attitude is spot on, but he's an awful footballer. The only thing that changed was that Moyes got players into the channels around him and played it on the deck so his faults weren't as obvious. I'd love him to come good but for me he's just not good enough.

Awful touch, awful link up, can't pass, terrible awareness. He's shockingly one dimensional and if that's the standard at Everton these days...........
