A lot of nerds did a lot of things that helped us advance and have better more convenient lives. From Ada Lovelace to Margaret Hamilton in STEM. From Disney animators to Spielberg in entertainment. From Salk to Fleming in medicine. The world is far better for it.

I’m currently making a board game. When I first started, I didn’t think it was going to be a very long time and here I am getting close to a year in and although I’m close to the end of play testing, there’s still all of the advertising and polish to go before publishing. 🫠

If a mobile game is free, it isn’t. That’s just the sad rule of thumb of the industry. You will get nickel and dimed to death, just to even be “competitive” in the game itself. I just avoid them altogether and just pay for a game that I know will at least be sort of good.

Its amazing what learning new mediums can do. A few years after learning Blender, I started 3d printing and eventually making the game pieces for the board game I am nearing the end if play testing with. Crazy how it all works out, lol

I ended up using what I learned in that oni mask model to make this for a client. It was animated and rotated and flipped. It was a vape store and they had an LED fan they displayed it on.
