Receipt for the frame is what I'd say. I have that for my latest build. I don't have anything to prove I bought my wife's bike, or my single speed (the beater.) I don't think I have one for my e-bike anymore 😅

I think it'll just be a trail, if they can get the remaining industrial use off the spur. Re: South Shore Line, the biking thataway is actually pretty dang good and only getting better. There'll be a full separated path nearly all the way to Michigan in a few years, if I'm recalling correctly

there's a community-proposed rail to trail in NW Chicago that is receiving pushback from the train fans bc they think it'll sacrifice any potential future L expansion on the ROW. it's a pretty simple why not both situation in my opinion...
