I work in local government IT and can confirm that reading comprehension is the biggest hindrance to getting literally anything done. No joke, official internal messaging has to be written at a 4th grade level. We try to stick to a 3 sentence maximum if we are sending out an email blast to everyone

Kyle Orland's Minesweeper is a really neat history of the game that goes into the background behind other early windows games as well. The section on "updating" them is really interesting. Mostly about minesweeper but gives some insight into this unfortunate situation

Of Mellows and Revelations, Lotus, and Dubsonic are all worth hearing, but don't have the same impact as listening to Two Fold or The Voyage in full. They lean more into liquid beats territory than the glitch hop and dubstep sound in later works.

I'm quite partial to The Voyage! It was my introduction to his music. Probably the most stylistically cohesive with Two Fold. Other than that, Infinite is also nice but a bit less of a unified piece. Haven't kept up much since Two Fold Pt 2.
