Funny Fact: I really wanted to speed things up with Streaking Grime and paint the Necron models very quickly, but since Necrons are my favorit faction it felt wrong. So I did all all the weathering by hand. Stupid brain.

Thank you! I used Aggro Dunes Contrast over a White Primer. The stripes are made with a soft layer of Cygor Brown. After that I gave everthying a Soft Drybrush with Bone Color to tide it more together.

It took me a while to realize this for myself. Especially when I painted Warhammer. I often had the feeling that I was painting “wrong” because my model looked little or nothing like the box art. And that got me down. Now it's much easier for me to find my own style and I'm happy with it.
