IMO, stop killing games couldn't succeed in its current state even with a huge push from citizens because it asks for too much of the developer and hands over power that shouldn't reasonably be handed to the consumer.

To clarify: Those can cause problems but I've found that discipline and good dental hygiene trumps all but the most damaging of foods.
