This is not a TV that's worth fucking repairing God damn it.

It turns on, it plays audio, but the screen is black. And when I get up close with the flashlight on I can see the image faintly. I knew I shouldn't have gotten a Toshiba fire TV... It's already failed after God, like a year or two?!

Yeah it seems like anything that fits within the 1:1 square seems to be fine

And to put it into perspective with my image. The original image is drawn at 350PPI at 13 x 19 inches. It's exported at half-size, landing around 2275 x 3325 pixels. I draw my stuff at a bigger size, so that's likely part of why my stuff isn't effected much by the compression on Bluesky.

Okay even me looking myself, WOW IT REALLY STARTS COMPRESSING HARD WHEN THE RATIO IS TOO LONG VERTICALLY OR HORIZONTALLY! Even the long in both directions has been hit super hard, which I wondered if it would... Well, now us artists know, don't make images too long vertically or horizontally πŸ˜…

Ohhhhhh that's another thing yeah. Could be something people can explore, seeing if PostyBirb doesn't keep the quality up vs a manually uploaded image.

I've clicked to open my images on here before and never noticed anything particularly crunched or compressed. Though for me, I always upload from PC and my ratios are always around 1:1 or 4:3.

I'd look into tutorials of doing cell-shading in 3D programs, and see which is the easiest to fit your current skillset. There is probably a tutorial for most of the programs.
