I’m a dude. Just a dude. Trying to make his way on this spherical spaceship called Earth as we orbit a massive nuclear furnace that’s hurtling through the galaxy orbiting Sagittarius A at 450,000 MPH. #gulpherewego

Obviously there are days we need groceries, pay bills, buy lunch at work, etc. but if you step back pledge multiple days to spend nothing, you’d be surprised what you’re spending your money on. I got a minimum of 2 days per week, and some weeks it’s 4-5. It’s dramatically cut down on random junk.

Let me guess - they’ll have a bug fix available in the next 4-5 years, right?

If Democrats were truly good at running campaigns (they used to be good a long time ago), they should run ads for the next two years of people who got screwed out of their benefits, and put names to faces until Election Day. They won’t, but they should.

She produces a lot of hot air, which means she should be a boon for hot air balloons.

Knowing humanity in general, this is but a fraction of how bad we can get.

And all they had to do was listen to…anyone else. If they were this clueless, then I don’t for one second believe they made their money based on their intelligence and good decisions, but on dumb luck and patronage.

I mean, shit, ignoring the fact this is a straight up AI image, that’s not even an American uniform. The real Marine uniform is a different shade of green. And she wasn’t even a Marine! She was Army!

I don’t think the White House realizes that by calling it the “real” constitutional crisis, they’re tacitly acknowledging one does in fact exist right now. And to say it’s the judiciary - populated w/judges appointed by the executive - is simply misdirection (what Sun Tzu would call ‘deception’).

Overall, I’m finding more joy in less possessions, and am discovering what I actually find valuable and worth keeping is fewer things than I think. It leads to less $$ spent, more time spent w/family & friends, and lets me focus on what’s actually important. Just my thoughts.

As space clears out in my house, I’m realizing one of the hardest parts is not filling it again. This happens to everyone - you may clear out unwanted stuff, and before you know it, something else filled it and you didn’t realize you did it. Keeping it clear is harder than it looks.

I started my purge recently, and I have finally begun to realize how little importance most of my possessions have for me. My books? Yep, keeping those. Legos? Yep, love ‘em. Birthday cards my daughter made for me? You bet I’m keeping them. But souvenirs from an amusement park 10 years ago? Nope.

My hope for Americans going forward is our obsession w/low prices and shopping sprees has a slow death over the next decade as we prioritize spending our money on things that truly enrich our lives and make us happy. Guarantee you that a sizable chunk of your possessions (1/3?) you wouldn’t miss.

Look at pictures of him a few years ago and compared to now - this is a guy who is defining “burning the candle at both ends.” He eat junk food, barely sleeps, and spends every waking moment working. No amount of money, fame, or power will save him from a massive heart attack before he’s 60.

One word from your American brethren: no. Want two words? Hard no. Vast majority of Americans don’t have a clue of what damage could even happen to them in a full-blown trade war.

AND not having to commit American soldiers to fighting. You’d think true cost-conscious people would see what we’re doing and realize bleeding the enemy dry this way is an absolute steal.

The bot craze was one of the first reasons I decreased my participation on Twitter well before the current owner. It was bad then, and IMO, has only gotten worse. I stay on Twitter for the space content b/c most of them are still there, but that’s about it.
