I could see Duff go back to coaching underage and never managing again, he didn't particularly want to do it in the first place remember, and by all accounts wants to stay in Ireland to bring his kids up here, there's only so many options.

There's been plenty talk in the past that Joey's long term plan was to be a manager, so I can see him take the job and do just fine going forward.
People say a lot of things, Duffer brought a world of good to Shels and the league, I hope he's alright, the kind of intensity he brings isn't healthy

Tbf most of professional football is completely unviable any more, no matter how much the league will grow the teams winning stuff will largely lose money, I hope we get someone more sustainable eventually, but I think wages will just continue to inflate and it will become even harder to compete
