I mean, if you're so tired you're not going out, you're probably not getting much sun either. And even if you are, lots of things can cause vitamin D deficiency. I once found out I was 10x lower than I should be.

Oooh. I do take pretty hot showers, but I don't think I've ever been in a tub. They're not a common thing here. The one time I intentionally picked out a hotel with a hot tub, it turned out to be broken </3

To give a bit of my opinion, I haven't managed to get even close to the following I had on Twitter yet (5.5k on my personal account, 5.9k on my VN's account), but I still prefer using Bluesky so much more.
Not hating every second I spend on here makes me end up using it way more often organically.

They still try, though. You usually have to push, let them know you know they can't, and then ask for the protocol number on the calls to threaten to report. Either they acquiesce immediately (like now) or you actually put in a report and they acquiesce later. Either way, better internet!

To give context, a resolution from Brazilian National Agency of Telecommunications (as well as a law in some states, depending on state level) makes it illegal for ISPs and service providers to refuse to allow existing clients to sign promotional deals. "Only for new customers" is not allowed here.
