Thanks for clarifying. That makes sense. I agree that using the LLM is part of the job anyway, so I am not someone who believes the interviews have to be completely free of those tools. I think the baseline for interviews is understanding the person's thinking and process.

Are these live hackerrank interviews? It sounded like a homework interview. I would be concerned that they will just ask LLMs on homework interviews.

The song is corny and different. I am not a huge McCartney fan since the style of his songs don't jive with my taste, but I recognize his genius. I believe he wrote that song alone in his own studio over a Christmas in like a day. That's quite impressive!
