The last 1/3 are scared. They want everyone to get along and if there are issues, they want appeasement or the easiest way to have everyone get along.
They have no stomach for hard times.

Yeah, but they needed depth. Sloot is an older PG and they were running heavy minutes.
No depth. They could have drafted at least one PG. I think they had shot a Pao or Citron
