What is the problem to say: this person might be a murderer, but he is innocent until proven guilty. After the trial, after it's been proven, he is penalzed and then societies' duty is done. Even a criminal has still human rights and we all should accept that. YMMV, and that's sad.

IMHO, there are human rights and that means it's unacceptable to call anyone a "Verminous maggot". Because this is how it started in my country and then came the concentration camps and the gas chambers. Because that's what you do with "maggots" (or rats, as the Nazis called them). You kill them.

Innocent until proven guilty. Your constitution.

You use the language of the Nazis about people ("verminous maggot"). That disqualifies your opinion. Are you a Nazi? Think about it.

If you are the first pope of this name (think Pope Francis), no number will be used. So it should be just Pope Luigi. None-the-less, it's just BS.

He is still innocent!

Ich glaube, Sie haben da etwas nicht verstanden. Luigi ist noch nicht verurteilt und so wie's aussieht, sind die wesentlichen Beweise gefakt. Er ist also für viele Leute unschuldig und da wollen sie helfen.

Have you seen different footage? We never saw the face of the shooter while murdering BT. We're not yet in the trial where the attorneys/prosecutors wll fight for all details. But I am looking forward to that and I believe in Luigi. But you will loose your belief in the media and the poilce!

Ah, now I understand. But it won't happen, because which pope would call himself "Mangione" in Italy??

if he became pope, he'd leave his name behind and take a new one. Like Pope Franciscus II. or Benedict XvII. So no more Luigi... I wouldn't like that!!!

I doubt Ms. Meloni will help Luigi by intervening with Trump. She is the same "Law and order" type that he is. And Luigi is a showpiece of what can be done to you as American citizen. I rather think the Italian government 'll strip the nationality of him as he is an "re-immigrant".

Okay. If you believe that. But surely you wait for the jury to claim he is guilty? For this is your system, right? The laws that protect you? Because when he is declared guilty before a jury is asked, that can happen to you, too! And are you sure you won't be guilty when the media says so??

No. They have the shooting on camera. And 5 days later they found Luigi in Altoona. Took his bag, then 9 hours later they found evidence while he was somewhere else in custody. The "chain of custody" was broken. That's content from the PA motion by Tom Dickey and it means there is no evidence.

And which jury and judge said that? So far it's only your opinion and you should be aware of that. You haven't seen the evidence yet but declare a (potential innocent) man a murderer. What does that say about you, I ask myself. And I don't like the answer.

Maybe you should have used other language. You may be right, who knows, but the way you wrote it was rude.

Well, that is an easy thing. After the majority of American voters voted a convicted felon in that office, they now have to see that that office follows the person down. How unfortunate!

To construct a federal case, they need the notebook, because only then they can prove the stalking between states. That's necessary for a federal charge. They wait to see if one judgespuppresses the notebook because it was illegally confiscated or even planted.

I guess that it is some strange thing: the obvious appeal to the public of reading about a alleged killer with no capacity to have sex (because back problems/ in prison) and his "bitches". Oh, to be able to lord it over him. It's a cruel thing. And this media explores it.

And we are thankfully not like them! Never forget that.

It's quite a nice article, explaining things in the form of using subjunctive language and adding zwo quotes from the fundraiser, one critical of healthcare and one believing Luigi is innocent. Very correct! As is not naming him in the headline and no printing a pic.

Me, too. I selected this photo to show how a normal-looking guy became an icon. Only he was a revolutionary for sure!

It wouldn't probably work. While you feel (and are) deeply connected and the most important things happening in your life are mirrored, what will happen is you get bored and want a mate who is more surprising to you. One who can help you out of a crisis, not being there with you. And vice versa.
