With that one-shot recipe you just need a 4 litre lunch box thing and can stick it in the fridge.
It's a very simple way to get about 1.75 to 2 litres of sake.

It scared me to start with, but I've been making sure that everything is sanitised before use, and that I put a lid on it, and it's been absolutely find so far.
Plus you can do the "one shot" method ( www.brewsake.org/sake-recipe ) which makes it much, much easier!

Definitely. The cooling aspect is akin to making a lager, but with all your mash needed cooling.
