Imagine if that lump had a decent bone in his body and had used that 60M or whatever it was towards building social housing or setting up an organisation to help domestic violence victims? Or just anything else to help the community. But no, he choses to pollute the sea and the airwaves.

The fines have been $806 for quiet a while now, with various flyers all around the place where people walk their dogs. If you’re a responsible dog owner there is no excuse to not know this. And then not even having a leash on you when taking your dog out, that’s just plain irresponsibility.
