Do we not need to think about Kant's Universal Maxim? The fact is that the idea it's *only* annoying is because it's only a minority of people who would be so anti social. If everyone did this it would be totally intolerable

It's more a life stage definition than age but yes... Late 40s to late 50s. Don't forget if you are lucky/unlucky enough to live long enough to need care in old age (80s and 90s) you'll likely have older kids

Why did you decide to frame this around old ad vs new ad rather than showing the ads and asking their opinion and comparing results? Seems like it could bias results a bit (potentially in both either direction depending on respondent predisposition to change)
