Does this prevent deploys if permissions are missing (in particular for CC-API resources)? Because there are cases where the policy sim will say you don't have permissions, even though you do have them

Using automated reasoning with an LLM would be the first time AWS gives customer access to automated reasoning for something that's not narrowly scoped. I'm hoping to be able to use it without the LLM part too (because that seems extra valuable to me)
